Theodore R. Pomeranz, CPA

Ted Pomeranz offers his wealth of experience from a nearly five-decade-long background as a CPA. He began his career in 1964 at Stone Gray and Co., where he was partner from 1970 to 1977. In 1977, he co-founded Pomeranz, Zepelin & Co., P.C., specializing in tax, accounting and general business advisory services, and in December of 2002, merged his firm with The Seff Group, P.C.

Ted’s experience covers a wide range of accounting, tax and general business services; individual, partnership, and fiduciary advisory services (including extensive experience in real estate-related tax and ownership issues); and tax planning and compliance services for a variety of closely held businesses and family groups. In addition, he offers particularly broad experience in tax planning and compliance for individuals, trusts, partnerships and estates. He earned his BS in accounting from University of Denver.
