Larry R. Zepelin, CPA

Larry forged his successful career at some of the top accounting firms in the country. In 1972, he made a name for himself as Audit Supervisor at Stone Gray and Co., and then, in 1977, at Coopers & Lybrand. He then joined Theodore Pomeranz in forming Pomeranz, Zepelin & Co., P.C., where he specialized in tax, accounting and general business advisory services. In 2002, the company merged with The Seff Group, P.C.

Larry is a shareholder with expertise in tax planning and compliance services for a great variety of closely held businesses; extensive experience in real estate-related tax issues; broad experience in tax planning and compliance for individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates; and deep knowledge of tax and compliance issues for employers’ qualified retirement plans. He gives back to the community by offering his services to nonprofits such as Congregation Rodef Shalom and Endowment Investment Committee. He received his BS in accounting from University of Colorado.
