Since 1993, Dan Seff has been a shareholder at The Seff Group, P.C., specializing in tax, accounting and consulting services. From 1987 to 1993, he earned a stellar reputation at famed Arthur Andersen & Co. as a tax and audit specialist. Currently, Dan offers his expertise in a wide variety of areas of taxation, accounting, consulting and valuations. His emphasis is in partnership and corporate income tax matters, real estate, “S” corporations, individual taxation and dealing with the IRS. His specific experience includes valuation of closely held businesses and professional practices; real estate, venture capital, manufacturing, professional practices, retail and wholesale; qualified retirement plans; mergers and acquisitions; business and tax planning; and due diligence.

Dan’s membership in accounting and tax organizations is extensive. In addition to belonging to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPAs, he’s also a CPA in Arizona and a Certified Valuation Analyst, as well as a member of the Business Valuation Research Institute and the Institute of Business Appraisers. He offers his time to various civic organizations and acts as Chairman at St. Anne’s Episcopal School and as Treasurer for the Kempe Foundation. He has also served as past Treasurer of Jewish Family Service and the Jewish Community Center. He received his BBA in Accounting from Emory University.
